ENTRIES: Each competitor will be permitted to enter a maximum of 2 individual and/or 2 relay events if he or she has met the minimum qualification times in a regular season meet during the current year. Each team may enter an unlimited number of entries in individual events as long as they meet the NCISAA qualifying standards.  Only four swimmers from any one team will be allowed to swim and score in the finals for the events entered.  There may only be on relay per relay event (No need for relay qualifying standards).

A team will consist of one or more participants. Each team, team member, and individual entry must compete in a minimum of 4 regular season meets in order to qualify for the state meet.

RULES: Unless otherwise specified,
National High School Federation rules will be followed.

SITE STANDARDS: The state swim meet will be held in an 8 lane pool whenever possible. Ideally, the facility should also include separate warm-up and cool-down areas, spacious decks for participant seating, spectator seating and office space for meet management.

SEEDING TIMES: As the finals will be timed, coaches must submit accurate qualifying times with the application. This will be a preliminary and finals meet. Scoring will be conducted through eight places.

SCORING: 1A and 2A boys and girls meets will be scored together.  3A meets will be scored separately, and points will be awarded as listed in National High School Federation rules.

ADMISSION:
Unless otherwise specified,  admission for  NCISAA play-off events is $5.00 per person. Children under the age of eight will be admitted free.  100% of gate receipts, after approved expenses, is due the NCISAA.
