Letters of Intent and Rosters up to ten runners - of which five to seven may race as a team -  are due to

 

 Mike Weiss.  (See below.)  Should a member of the top seven be injured or sick you may substitute them

 

 one hour prior to the first race of the day as long as they have met the requirements for team and

 

 individual participation.

MEET SCHEDULE:

TEAM SCORES: The Cross-Country meet for all classifications (boys and girls) will be held at the same site.  If there are not enough 1A/2A teams to produce separate 1A and 2A championships, the meet will be combined.

Team points will be decided by the position each runner attains against other teams not including individual runners. Individuals get credit for their finish, but places are not counted against team scores. To qualify as a  team you must have at least five runners and no more than seven runners.  The first five will score for their team.


COURSE: The course will be no less than 3.0 miles and no more than 3.2 miles in length. An official must walk the course prior to the start to ensure that all markers and signs are in place.


 (NO "B" RACE )

ADMISSION: Unless otherwise specified, admission for NCISAA play-off events is $5.00 per person. Children under the age of eight are admitted free. 100% of gate receipts, after approved expenses, is due the NCISAA.


TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES

TEAM PARTICIPATION: A team member or individual entry must have competed in a minimum of 4 contests on 4 separate dates during the regular season. Individuals may enter for individual honors only. Placement points will be given in exact team member order. If under garments are worn they should be as close as possible in color to the singlet and shorts.
