1A - October 20, 23, 26, and 27, 2007, at J. Burt Wilson Gillette Athletic Complex
 

2A - October 20, 23, 26, and 27, 2007, at Fayetteville Academy
 

3A - October 20, 23, 26, and 27, 2007, at Wesleyan Academy

RULES: National High School Federation rules will apply to all cases not specifically covered by the following rules. For yellow/red card ejections, the NCISAA follows NCOA rules.

TIES:
2 ten minute overtimes
2 five minute sudden victory overtimes
Penalty kicks administered according to National Federation rules

In all tie games, a coin toss will determine the choice of the ball at the start of each overtime period.

OFFICIALS: Officials will be state certified.

GAME BALLS: When not provided by a sponsor, game balls should be furnished by the home team.

TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES

ADMISSION: Unless otherwise specified, admission for NCISAA play-off events is $5.00 per person. Children under the age of eight will be admitted free. 100% of gate receipts, after approved expenses, is due the NCISAA.

1A/2A/3A FORMAT:
Each member school must play a minimum of 4 NCISAA contests on 4 separate dates to be eligible to participate in state play-off competition.  Each NCISAA conference with 4 or more  participating schools in a specific classification will receive an automatic bid.  The remaining tournament teams will be selected at large by the seeding committee - on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 1:00 PM at Greensboro Day School - who will also seed the tournament.  1A, 2A, and 3A schools who are playing in a mixed classification conference will be eligible for selection to the 1A, 2A, and 3A tournaments.

First and second round games will be played at the site of the higher seed.  In all tournament games, the higher seed will be the home team.  National High School Federation rules will apply to all cases not specifically covered by these regulations.  The All-State Selection Committee will meet prior to the Seeding Committee.
