DUE SEPTEMBER 15
1. Membership fees and annual information including financial aid statement and foreign student declaration due in NCISAA office based upon September 1 enrollment. Late enrollees will be eligible for fall sports provided they are reported to the NCISAA Business Office 30 days prior to the first fall tournament. For 2012 that date is September 18.
2. Enrollment roster for all students in grades 7-12 - based upon enrollment on September 1 - for the 2011-2012 school year due in the NCISAA Business Office. Enrollment rosters are required at the beginning of the year; additions may be made during the year.
This is the FINAL DATE for all annual fees, membership information, and enrollment rosters. Fees and information must be postmarked NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 15. Any school failing to comply with the membership update deadline is subject to a LATE PENALTY of $25 per day until all required information has been received by the NCISAA office.

FALL TOURNAMENTS
Schools hosting tournament events must submit all expense reports to the NCISAA office within 10 school days after the end of the tournament.
DUE DECEMBER 1
New member applications for 2012-2013, and requests for
classification changes or for changes in conference affiliation are due in the NCISAA office. The Board of Managers will review all requests of this nature at the winter meeting.

Late enrollees will be eligible for fall sports provided they are reported to the NCISAA Business Office 30 days prior to the first winter tournament. For 2013 that date is January 18.

Late enrollees will be eligible for fall sports provided they are reported to the NCISAA Business Office 30 days prior to the first spring tournament. For 2013 that date is April 15.
