MEETING DATES

Agenda For Meetings

Conferences with items to be included in agenda for any NCISAA meeting should inform the NCISAA office and Executive Director as far in advance of the meeting as possible. Agenda will be mailed to members of the Board(s) at least one week in advance. It is recommended that conferences schedule their meetings prior to each scheduled NCISAA meeting.

2009-2010 Schedule of Meetings for the Board of Managers:

FALL Wednesday and Thursday, September 23 and 24, 2009 at 1:00 PM, Quality Inn & Suites at I-85/40 Exit 128 in Greensboro

WINTER   Wednesday and Thursday, January 27 and 28, 2010. at 1:00 PM, Quality Inn & Suites Inn Express at I-85/40 Exit 128 in Greensboro

APRIL   Optional

SUMMER Sunday, June 20 through Friday, June 25, 2010 at the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort.

The Board of Managers consists of one elected representative from each conference plus three at-large representatives elected by the Board of Managers. The purpose of the Board of Managers is to implement general policies approved by the Board of Directors and to carry out business affairs and programs of the NCISAA.

Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 12:00 PM - Midpines Inn and Golf Club, Southern Pines, NC - Luncheon meeting for all NCISAA school heads. Town Meeting for All NCISAA school heads.

Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 10:00AM - Quality Inn & Suites in Greensboro -Board of Directors ONLY

The Board of Directors consists of one head representative from each conference having a minimum of four members at the beginning of the school year.
