Letters of Intent and Rosters up to ten runners must be emailed or faxed to Joe Vignolini at Charlotte Country Day School. Rosters up to ten runners must be posted on www.athletic.net by Sunday, October 23, 2011. Coaches may make initial entries and changes from August 1 to October 23. Should a member of your top seven be injured or sick, you may substitute them as long as the substitutions have met the requirements under team and individual participation AND as long as they were on your top ten entered athletes.

TEAM SCORES: The Cross-Country meet for all classifications (boys and girls) will be held at the same site. Team points will be decided by the position each runner attains against other teams not including individual runners. Individuals receive credit for their finish, but places are not counted against team scores. To qualify as a full team you must have at least five runners and no more than seven runners. The first five will score for their team.
Team and individual participation: If under garments are worn, athletes should make every attempt to match the dominant color of the singlet and short.
COURSE: The course will be no less than 3.0 miles and no more than 3.2 miles in length. An official must walk the course prior to the start to ensure that all markers and signs are in place.
ADMISSION: Unless otherwise specified, admission for NCISAA play-off events is $7.00 per adult and $5.00 per NCISAA student. Children under the age of eight will be admitted free. 100% of gate receipts, after approved expenses, is due the NCISAA.

TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION: A team member or individual entry must have competed in a minimum of four contests on four separate dates during the regular season. Individuals may enter for individual honors only. Placement points will be given in exact team member order. If under garments are worn they should be as close as possible in color to the singlet and shorts. If undergarments are worn, every effort should be made to ensure they are the same dominant color as the singlet and short.
