$7.00 per person on Thursday, February 23, and Friday, February 24 (and Tuesday, February 21).  Color wrist bands will be issued on both Thursday and Friday to allow re-admittance, and to allow admittance at another site on that day.  Tickets must be presented to re-enter or to gain admittance at another site. 
$10.00 per person on Saturday, February 25.

Officials:  The games will be called by three certified officials.  Each crew will call two games on Thursday and Friday.  Each crew will call one game on Saturday.

Trainer: A certified Athletic Trainer will be at each site at all times.  Please bring your own materials for taping and general treatment.

Water/cups: Both will be provided.  However, we recommend that you bring water bottles with you.

Locker Rooms: Will be assigned.

Balls:  Warm-up and game balls will be provided.  The official game ball is the Wilson Wave.  This ball will be used for ALL games with no exceptions.  Please do not bring additional basketballs into the gymnasiums.

Miscellaneous: The Higher Seeded Team will wear light colored jerseys unless coaches have a mutual agreement otherwise.  The Higher Seeded Team will provide the Official Score Book and Scorekeeper for each game. 

Filming: Schools may only film games in which their team is a participant.

Radio/TV: If your school regularly has its games broadcast by either radio or TV, please contact Ned Gonet (Ravenscroft School) immediately.  Additionally, Time Warner Cable will be broadcast the championship games.

Players: All Coaches, Players, Cheerleaders, and Support Staff (managers, filmers, etc) must enter each venue through a Players Entrance.  At that entrance, each participant will be issued a Complimentary Pass to be used for the entire weekend.  The location of the Players Entrance is marked on the enclosed site maps.

Hospitality: A room will be set aside for coaches, game officials, school officials, and media.

Awards: Championship awards will be presented following the conclusion of each game.  Please follow the instructions of the game staff at that time.

Warm-up: Games will start at the published time – no earlier.  However, if a game runs into the next game’s scheduled start time, the teams involved in that game will have a maximum of 10 minutes to warm up.  By mutual agreement between the coaches involved that warm up time may be shortened.
                       
Championship games will start at the published time – no earlier.  Teams preparing for the next game will use Ravenscroft School’s Auxiliary Gymnasium for their extended warm up.  Minimum warm up time on the game floor will be 5 minutes.

Programs: The program will be published and cost $2.00 per copy.

Concessions:   Varies from site to site.
