The NCISAA requires that we charge $7.00 admission fee for spectators, $5.00 per NCISAA student. (Children under 8 are free). This will be collected at the gate, prior to entry. Please notify the parents and fans from your school. This money is essential for the NCISAA to be able to fund quality championship events, with the awards and quality administration that our athletes deserve.

Team and individual participation: If under garments are worn, athletes
should make every attempt to match the dominant color of the singlet and
short.

INTENT TO RUN Friday, September 30, 2011 by 12:00 Noon
ENTRY DEADLINE Sunday, October 23, 2011 by 12:00 Noon
Letters of Intent and Rosters up to ten runners must be emailed or faxed to
Joe Vignolini at Charlotte Country Day School. Rosters up to ten runners
must be posted on www.athletic.net by Sunday, October 23, 2011.
Coaches may make initial entries and changes from August 1 to October 23.
Should a member of your top seven be injured or sick, you may substitute
them as long as the substitutions have met the requirements under
team
and individual participation AND as long as they were on your top ten
entered athletes.
