There is a new guideline for the tournament, so please check with your
Athletic Directors about this change. The 2011-2012 NCISAA Handbook reads,
"Beginning in 2011 the 1A/2A tournaments will have limited team entries. 1A
will have 12 teams, and 2A will have 16 teams. If more than the limited
number of teams submit their intent to play, then a seeding committee will
be established and will meet on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 1:00 PM at
Greensboro Day School to determine the top 12 and top 16 teams for the
flighted tournaments."
SO, YOUR INTENT TO PLAY FORM MUST BE IN BY NOON ON OCTOBER 14 SO WE CAN
DETERMINE IF WE NEED TO HOLD A SEEDING COMMITTEE MEETING IN GREENSBORO ON
OCTOBER 19. Please email me your intent by this date in order to secure a
spot this year!
